Parts Coordinator I (Manheim)

Coordinate parts for Cox Automotive’s Vehicle Services Support team in Tolleson. You’ll answer internal calls and emails for parts needs, cost estimates, and procurement timelines; work with vendors and technicians to process purchase orders; and manage mobile technician and service truck inventory through ordering, part runs, shipping/receiving, and cycle counts. You’ll also maintain accurate paperwork and generate weekly and monthly inventory reports while delivering excellent customer service.
