Job Summary

Manage end-to-end corporate actions and custody servicing within the Securities Service Operations (SSO) team. Monitor and process mandatory and voluntary corporate actions across domestic, regional, and international markets for equities, funds, ETFs, and fixed income. Handle corporate actions events, data scrubbing and reconciliations, SWIFT instruction validation, cash/FX settlement support, and stakeholder communications to ensure accurate, timely client service while meeting compliance and audit controls.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end corporate actions processing in line with regulatory and compliance requirements, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
•Monitor, validate, and process corporate actions across domestic, regional, and international markets for mandatory and voluntary events across multiple product types.
•Handle corporate action events including receiving announcements, scrubbing/comparing data, notifying clients, reconciling positions with sub-custodians, and processing accruals/entitlements.
•Respond to internal and external client queries with clear corporate actions information aligned to market rules and best practices.
•Perform asset services activities including tax reclaims, proxy services, income management, reconciliation, and support cash/FX settlement and SWIFT instruction validation/second-level generation.

Key Requirements

•University graduate with a Bachelor’s degree (or 5 years related work experience).
•5+ years of related experience in security services and/or back-office operations, including managing corporate actions and securities settlements.
•Solid understanding of security services operations and associated accounting activity.
•Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with high accuracy and attention to detail.
•Specific experience in securities functions (e.g., client services, corporate actions, settlement, data maintenance & billing, or custody account opening) is an advantage.
