•Facilitate high-quality, cost-effective mechanical/HVAC design work across projects varying in scope and sector.
•Lead mechanical design and delivery for major client projects, including technical review participation and collaboration with the broader team.
•Support mentoring and guidance of junior engineers, including quality control review of design calculations and drawings.
•Work effectively in multi-disciplinary engineering teams and contribute to interdisciplinary review of project deliverables.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (or related degree) with current RPEQ/RPEV and Chartership (or working towards).
•Ideally 4+ years mechanical design experience in a building services consultancy, or significant senior-level Mechanical Services design experience.
•Proven knowledge and experience in a technical design-focused HVAC/Mechanical Engineering role.
•Demonstrable design experience in buildings projects in Australia/NZ.
•Track record in client management, project delivery, and managing priorities with internal and external stakeholders on key deadlines.
