Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise, evaluate, coach, and motivate supervised personnel; manage the workforce assigned to the quarry daily.
  • •Oversee and enforce company and MSHA safety programs and policies, analyze and correct hazardous conditions, and report problems to leadership.
  • •Ensure quarry/site operation efficiency, routine upkeep of property, equipment/vehicle inspections, and quality assurance as required.
  • •Control expenditures and maximize profits; control and maintain inventory levels and ensure required paperwork and reports are completed timely.
  • •Assist with accident and environmental investigation/compliance and issue discipline as directed by the Superintendent or Production Manager.

Key Requirements
