Trust Real Estate Asset Manager

Manage and report on a portfolio of investment real estate assets under Private Bank policies, including risk identification, mitigation, and escalation. Oversee acquisitions, maintenance projects, lease negotiations, tenant relations, and receivables, while directing and/or overseeing third-party vendors. Maintain complete asset documentation, conduct on-site inspections, and monitor insurance and tax processes. Support business development with attorneys, CPAs, and centers of influence as a real estate specialist.
