Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering (advanced degree a plus).
  • •8–12 years of relevant engineering experience in aerospace structural design and loads analysis for airframe structures.
  • •Strong working knowledge of structural analysis tools and methods, including finite element analysis and hand-calc methods, plus relevant industry standards.
  • •Ability to work across the full development lifecycle from concept through prototype in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Experience evaluating technical feasibility of early-stage concepts and strong aptitude for contributing as a generalist when needed.
