Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute community programs and events for neighborhood councils and community centers according to approved plans and supervision.
  • •Receive and address complaints and feedback from residents and service users, escalating where needed and tracking resolution.
  • •Prepare and update presentations, reports, and annual/quarterly progress summaries for initiatives and department metrics.
  • •Maintain and update the resident/program database with core data and current needs, updating records as required.
  • •Coordinate logistics for events, book venues and facilities, and ensure compliance with policies; liaise with marketing and institutional communication for coverage.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Public Relations or an equivalent field
