  • •Execute purchasing for assigned categories, including same-day PO creation and delivery follow-through.
  • •Own and maintain the order book with up-to-date statuses and no silent slips.
  • •Resolve vendor issues such as shortages, substitutions, and expedites with quantified schedule impact.
  • •Escalate exceptions with supporting facts and a recommendation attached.
  • •Maintain clean ERP data so planning and finance rely on accurate truth.

  • •Have experience as a buyer in a fast-moving supply chain with a heavy PO load and no drops.
  • •Chase supplier confirmations with urgency because delivery schedules depend on it.
  • •Have expedited critical parts through constrained suppliers.
  • •Maintain strong ERP hygiene with accurate dates, prices, and quantities.
