  • •Partner with Client Success Managers to gather needs and translate them into actionable requirements; facilitate discovery and scoping workshops.
  • •Oversee delivery execution by coordinating developers, QA, and analysts; participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies; manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes.
  • •Define acceptance criteria and measure success; champion reusable components and standardization; collaborate with QA and maintain documentation/playbooks.
  • •Directly manage Business Analysts: coaching, assigning/prioritizing workload, accountability for deliverables, and mentoring on MEP workflows and Revit/BIM-driven processes.

Key Requirements
