Job Summary

Own end-to-end success of solutions within a value stream or product domain by translating organizational objectives into a roadmap, running discovery and scoping with clients, and leading delivery across engineering, QA, and analysts. Act as a player-coach to manage risk, dependencies, and scope changes, define acceptance criteria, and improve quality and documentation. Directly manage Business Analysts and mentor them on MEP workflows and Revit/BIM-driven requirements.

•Oversee delivery execution by coordinating developers, QA, and analysts; participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies; manage risks, dependencies, and scope changes.
•Define acceptance criteria and measure success; champion reusable components and standardization; collaborate with QA and maintain documentation/playbooks.
•Directly manage Business Analysts: coaching, assigning/prioritizing workload, accountability for deliverables, and mentoring on MEP workflows and Revit/BIM-driven processes.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams.
•Strong business analysis, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills, including translating technical concepts into clear business language.
