  • •Build and evolve the monitoring and observability platform for desktop and browser extension installations.
  • •Define and improve signals that measure recorder reliability, data capture health, and availability of the agentic workflow mapping system.
  • •Own and evolve backend ingestion services connecting data capture to processing and AI pipelines with focus on scale, reliability, and performance.
  • •Improve background-job reliability and task orchestration so captured data moves dependably through the platform.
  • •Design, deploy, and operate production services in AWS using observability to identify failures and troubleshoot bottlenecks.
