HR Generalist

Own the full employee lifecycle, leading high-volume, end-to-end recruitment and serving as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries. Manage personnel records, support managers with performance and disciplinary processes, and oversee HR operations through HRIS reporting and payroll change coordination. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and data privacy requirements, while partnering with leadership on organizational development initiatives like engagement surveys and learning programs (preferred).
