Early Access Deployment Engineer

Lead technical engagements with strategic customers during the earliest alpha stage of OpenAI’s Early Access Program. Translate emerging frontier model capabilities into scoped use cases and working prototypes, then design and support experiment-driven evaluations to assess model behavior, workflow impact, and failure modes. Own end-to-end program execution from onboarding through synthesis and launch decisions, collaborating across Research, Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Marketing, and GTM to produce actionable learnings and reusable playbooks.
