Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide guidance to senior executives and the Board of Directors on financial performance and near-term outlook in context of internal and external factors.
  • •Maintain and enhance forecasting models to improve accuracy and relevance aligned with organizational goals.
  • •Collaborate with Division Controllers and Commercial Planning teams to maintain forecast accuracy and drive performance toward company goals and KPIs.
  • •Prepare cause-and-effect analyses for senior management on complex financial matters to support strategic decision-making.
  • •Compile Board of Directors and earnings-call materials, including reports and supporting packages justifying large projects and explaining financial performance or forecast.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a concentration in Finance/Economics or equivalent training/experience.
  • •3+ years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, financial services, or consulting, including advanced financial modeling and analysis.
  • •Ability to adapt and apply analytical approaches to logically structure analysis of complex issues and develop solutions to business, financial, and operational challenges.
  • •Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including effective communication with all levels of management.
  • •Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
