Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop freight strategy across all LATAM countries, including costs, quality, and capacity.
  • •Lead freight contracts and negotiations for ocean and air freight, land transport, warehousing, and transloading services.
  • •Scout, analyze, and qualify carriers and new service providers to optimize capacity and cost and diversify the supply chain.
  • •Run RFPs and prioritize sourcing efforts to match local market needs and global logistics strategies.
  • •Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Project Management to optimize landed costs and ensure delivery schedules; manage service-provider relationships and quarterly business reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in multi-modal logistics pricing structure and compliance across ocean, rail, truck, air, and customs brokerage, focused on LATAM markets in a high-volume environment.
  • •Skilled negotiator with strong analytical and commercial capabilities.
  • •Experience leading freight contracts, cost and capacity negotiations for logistics services.
  • •High degree of autonomy and accountability for results.
  • •Fluent in English and Spanish.
