Tools and Parts Attendant

Receive, store, and issue hand tools, machine tools, dies, and replacement parts in an industrial setting, while keeping accurate records of tools issued and returned. Perform inventory tasks (periodic or perpetual), search for lost or misplaced equipment, and unpack/store new items. Inspect tools for wear or defects (including with a micrometer) and report damaged equipment. Apply preservative coatings, tag/engrave identifiers, and support efficient logistics operations at Fort Hood.
