Build trusted relationships with retail and business banking customers by engaging in person, by appointment, and virtually. Assess customer needs, gather and process account information, and provide counsel on deposit and loan products. Educate customers on digital and self-service tools, open new accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications. Partner with branch teams to deliver an excellent customer experience, using available resources and technologies with accuracy and operational excellence.
