Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for Addepar’s platform, creating and updating content for diverse users, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services to drive adoption. Lead instructor-led courses and webinars, manage logistics, and continuously incorporate product updates and client feedback to improve the education experience. Travel as needed to deliver in-person sessions.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver instructor-led courses and webinars for clients, prospects, partners, and employees, both virtually and in-person
•Build and collaborate on new training content to suit a variety of Addepar users and employees
•Scale delivery of customer education programs to drive product adoption and usage across the user community
•Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services teams to drive attendance and engagement with training content
•Rapidly incorporate product updates and client feedback into course content and course experience

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 68,000 - 106,000 annually

Key Requirements

•1) 1 year of experience using the Addepar platform, OR 2+ years in a software education services role, support, professional services, sales, marketing, or relationship management at a financial services or SAAS Technology company
•2) Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills
•3) Strong demonstrated knowledge of the Wealth Management industry
•4) Ability to tailor messaging about a product’s value proposition to varied audiences
•5) Travel availability and capability to coordinate across multiple organizations
