Key Responsibilities

•Design access control, video surveillance (CCTV), intrusion detection, and alarm systems for data centers and commercial facilities.
•Identify risks and threat models and translate them into layered security strategies (perimeter, building, floor, room, rack/cage) to be mitigated in the security design.
•Define security zoning, access policies, and operational workflows (employees, visitors, contractors, vendors, deliveries).
•Provide CCTV camera views using 3D models and coverage maps; develop drawings, technical specifications, and bills of quantities.
•Coordinate closely with architecture, structural, civil, electrical, mechanical, ICT, and operations; integrate security systems with building automation and IP-based technologies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university + 5 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education in security design.
•Strong written and spoken English skills are essential for effective communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders.
•Professional experience and/or proficiency in various software products, including Revit, AutoCAD, Visio Professional, Bluebeam Extreme (Revu), Microsoft Project, Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and other Security Specific Programs.
•5+ years of design experience with Security Systems (preferred).
•Industry certifications: PSP, ESS, CPP and RCDD are preferred; working knowledge of codes/regulations including ISO 27001, NIS2, ANSI/TIA-942 and related standards (preferred).
