Key Responsibilities

  • •Launch merchant acceptance and payment propositions for targeted business segments.
  • •Drive merchant activation and transaction volume growth across acceptance channels.
  • •Achieve fee income and deposit inflow targets linked to acceptance solutions.
  • •Ensure timely delivery of business requirements to product squads and successful go-to-market execution.
  • •Monitor KPIs such as merchant onboarding, transaction volumes, and customer engagement metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • •Minimum 8 years of experience in business banking, merchant acceptance, and digital payments.
  • •Strong understanding of payment and acceptance solutions including Raast, POS, SoftPOS, payment gateways, QR-based acceptance, and acquiring models.
