Job Summary

Build, expand, and operate a global traffic platform powering TikTok-scale network services, including public/private cloud systems and edge data centers. Develop tools, automations, visualizations, and monitors to optimize reliability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Participate in technical operations and rotations to address performance and reliability issues, and improve the full infrastructure lifecycle from design through deployment and refinement.

Key Responsibilities

•Build, expand, and operate a global traffic platform across public/private clouds and edge data centers.
•Create tools, automations, visualizations, and monitors to operate and optimize the traffic platform.
•Participate in technical operations and rotations to respond to performance and reliability issues.
•Improve the infrastructure services lifecycle from inception and design through development, deployment, user support, and refinement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related major.
•Experience working with Linux systems from kernel to shell, including system libraries, file systems, and client-server protocols.
•At least 3 years of experience in one or more programming languages such as Go, Python, and Shell scripting.
•Familiarity with cloud and CI/CD tools/frameworks such as GIT, Docker, and Kubernetes.
•Experience building solutions with AWS, Google, Azure, and/or networking technologies like TCP/IP, HTTP, and DNS in a carrier-grade environment.
