Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the structuring of documents, reports and presentations; validate, analyze and propose content; and develop medium-complexity solutions for area demands, including research, data consolidation and preparation of management materials.
  • •Conduct structured data research and consolidation to support reports and assessments, ensuring timely delivery and high quality outputs.
  • •Structure RAC materials (Reuniões de Análise Crítica) and manage performance indicators and targets for management groups, generating alerts and tracking history and trends.
  • •Assist in developing performance indicators, including data inputs, system feeds, result analyses and validation materials for management.
  • •Control processes and activities such as tracking indicator results, identifying anomalies, organizing RACs, and mapping and designing process flows to support strategic initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •4 years of experience in business management, strategic management, management by results, agile management, process management or related areas.
  • •Analyze procedures for validation and/or update according to regulatory and operational guidelines.
  • •Participate in multidisciplinary meetings with process stakeholders.
  • •Prepare accurate and organized meeting minutes, recording decisions, action items and responsibilities.
  • •Identify improvement opportunities in procedures and suggest adjustments as needed.
