Job Summary

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Build client relationships through styling and fashion expertise, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and meet personal and store KPIs. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and follow the Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, fashion advice, and follow-up to close sales.
•Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, tailored recommendations, and meeting personal and store KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and asset protection while keeping the floor and stockroom organized.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred), with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors; education and experience can be combined.
•Experience operating POS and strong computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy; preferred experience with live-stream shopping or video demos plus clienteling and data acquisition.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
