Key Responsibilities

•Lead enterprise performance reporting across clients, products, customer segments, relationship managers, distribution channels, and sales portfolios to ensure consistent management information for IWPB leadership.
•Monitor performance against strategic, financial and operational objectives, identifying trends, opportunities, risks, and forward-looking drivers to support timely interventions.
•Analyse core business and productivity metrics (revenue, profitability, AUM/balances, acquisition, client activity, product penetration, sales productivity, RM performance) to identify performance gaps and improvement levers.
•Conduct deep-dive diagnostics and root-cause analysis on under/over-performance, translating findings into actionable recommendations to improve commercial outcomes and execution effectiveness.
•Lead annual planning, forecasting, target setting and governance cadence, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and tracking agreed actions, with continuous improvement in automation, data quality and self-service analytics.

Key Requirements

•Strong commercial and financial acumen across revenue, cost and profitability drivers.
•Proven financial planning capability including planning, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and cost optimisation.
•Advanced analytics and modelling skills, including advanced financial modelling to generate actionable insights.
•Advanced proficiency in Excel plus BI/analytics tools (Power BI/Tableau) and data/query tools (SQL/Alteryx or equivalents).
•Excellent executive-level communication, presentation, data storytelling, and stakeholder management across a matrix organisation.
