Job Summary

Drive global growth for a social impact payments product by owning the Giving pipeline, developing commercial strategy, and expanding adoption with enterprise merchants worldwide. Partner with major customers to launch, grow, and optimize charitable giving programs, while translating merchant feedback into product opportunities with Product teams. Enable and equip regional Commercial teams, represent Giving externally as a subject-matter expert, and improve scalable processes, reporting, and governance as adoption grows.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and grow the global Giving pipeline by developing and executing the commercial strategy for worldwide adoption.
•Grow strategic customer relationships by partnering with enterprise customers to launch, expand, and optimize Giving programs.
•Shape the future of Giving by working with Product to influence the roadmap and translate feedback into scalable improvements.
•Drive commercial enablement by partnering with regional Commercial teams and building sales enablement, best practices, and playbooks.
•Represent Giving internally and externally as the global expert, support executive customer conversations, and improve internal processes, reporting, and governance.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 169,000 - 242,000 annually

Key Requirements

•12+ years of experience in enterprise partnerships, commercial leadership, business development, sales, or account management.
•Proven track record growing strategic enterprise customer relationships with an entrepreneurial mindset and experience scaling new initiatives.
•Strong strategic thinking and prioritization skills in a changing environment.
•Strong analytical skills using data to identify growth opportunities, plus excellent communication and storytelling skills.
•Comfort leading executive customer conversations and influencing senior stakeholders.
