Wire/Funds Transfer Manager

Oversee wire transfer and ACH operations, independently handling complex transactions, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate control records. Lead and direct the Wire Transfers department, providing updates for monthly meetings and acting as a key liaison to third-party vendors. Support internal and external customer inquiries, coordinate research requests, and partner with internal and external auditors by providing required documentation. Ensure compliance with Bank policies, including BSA/anti-money laundering and the Information Security Program.
