Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop the Data Science team by setting priorities and performance expectations, providing technical and people leadership, and promoting best practices across the model lifecycle.
  • •Drive continuous improvement by tracking initiative success and refining processes and analytical methods.
  • •Translate business strategy into data science use cases and deliver clearly communicated, actionable insights as a trusted advisor.
  • •Oversee predictive, statistical, and machine learning model design and delivery with explainable, scalable approaches grounded in experimentation and causal analysis.
  • •Partner with data engineering, platform, and analytics teams to enable high-quality data, production-ready analytics/models, and enforce model governance and lifecycle standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Advanced knowledge of data science programming languages, including R and Python.
  • •Proven track record delivering analytics or machine learning solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • •Prior experience leading Data Science teams as a people leader.
  • •Experience working with large datasets and modern data platforms, including cloud or distributed systems, plus model deployment/monitoring and lifecycle management.
