Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new institutional clients and expand the existing client base.
  • •Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients and the fund ecosystem to understand objectives, risk appetite, and FX requirements.
  • •Research, identify, and prospect institutional clients with needs for cross-border payments, FX, and FX hedging.
  • •Present forex and international payment solutions through networking, building rapport, and establishing credibility.
  • •Collaborate with internal FX dealing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of services.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record in sales management within FX or other cross-border financial services selling to institutional clients in the DACH region.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, numerical and verbal reasoning skills.
  • •Skilled negotiator with the ability to build and leverage relationships at senior levels.
  • •Demonstrated success building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients and understanding of the fund space in the UK.
  • •Strong understanding of institutional FX markets, trading strategies, and risk management techniques.
