Commis II (QA)

Support kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation and executing simple cooking tasks under senior chefs’ supervision. Follow recipes and instructions to maintain consistent quality, manage cleanliness and organization, rotate stock, and help with inventory to reduce waste. Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines, prepare ingredients and equipment for service, and assist with plating and garnishing while coordinating effectively with kitchen staff.
