Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of professional backend engineering experience building and running production services.
  • •Strong proficiency in general-purpose languages such as Go/Java (plus familiarity with other options like Python or JavaScript/TypeScript).
  • •Working knowledge of Go (a plus) and backend architecture concepts including microservices and event-driven systems.
  • •Experience shipping AI-powered features to production, including using daily AI agents while verifying results and delegating carefully.
  • •Hands-on experience with two or more data systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis, Kafka, Cassandra) and comfort with Docker and Kubernetes.
