Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and scale the FDE organization.
  • •Define the operating model: engagement shape, deployment cadence, scoping standards, and hiring bar.
  • •Hire at least 2-3 senior and staff-level generalists to work close to partner engineering teams in their timezones.
  • •Own delivery at strategic accounts by running integration reviews, holding commitments, and turning stalled technical conversations into signed plans.
  • •Shape product and platform strategy by translating production partner needs into scoped, prioritized platform input and enforcing productization boundaries.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in technical roles, with 4+ years leading forward-deployed teams.
  • •Experience building a 0→1 organization or new service line inside an existing company.
  • •Track record attracting, developing, and retaining senior engineers in a competitive market, including personally closing candidates.
  • •Strong technical credibility: strong backend/integrations background, can read a codebase, whiteboard systems, debug designs, and review architecture.
  • •Substantial broker/exchange/payments integration experience and crypto rails experience, plus history embedding with customer engineering teams to deliver production work.
