Key Responsibilities

  • •Track special events and visits while providing first-impression security coverage.
  • •Provide high quality customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors.
  • •Ensure thorough implementation of access control, escort, and tour protocols for employees, customers, vendors, and guests.
  • •Coordinate with Security leadership and the SpaceX Protective Operations Center for incident/emergency notifications, emergency assistance, surveillance monitoring, and written incident reports.
  • •Oversee implementation of multiple security-related projects and report maintenance, facility, and technology issues and alarms.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •5+ years of experience in a customer service or facility security position.
  • •Ability to work any schedule needed, including overtime, nights, weekends, and rotating schedules.
  • •Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing.
  • •Ability to obtain/possess U.S. Government Security Clearance and pass Air Force and NASA background checks for installation access, as needed.
