Job Summary

Support HSBC’s Corporate & Institutional Banking International Mid-Market team by partnering with Relationship Managers on client engagement, credit-related enquiries, and deal preparation. Perform financial, credit, and profitability analysis, monitor credit risk and management information, and help coordinate the end-to-end credit process with Service Delivery. Prepare proposals and presentations, maintain accurate data and reporting, and escalate risk issues related to Global Standards and Anti-Money Laundering/Sanctions alerts.

•Support Relationship Managers to optimize client relationship value and deliver needs-based solutions.
•Attend client meetings as needed and act as first point of contact for daily credit-related enquiries.

•Support day-to-day RM activities including client planning, pipeline management, coordination with product partners, and timely updates to data and call reports.
•Undertake financial, credit, and profitability analysis; monitor credit risk and AML/sanctions-related alerts and escalate risk issues as needed.

Key Requirements

•Strong analysis and understanding of financial statements.
•Experience in an administrative role supporting a manager or team.
•Excellent planning skills and ability to work under pressure.
•Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
•Advanced computer and IT skills, including Microsoft packages.
