Job Summary

Tax Specialist in the Finance Directorate responsible for preparing and coordinating VAT, DAS2, CET, and tax credits, researching French and international tax matters, maintaining transfer pricing documentation, and supporting the Group’s tax policy and contracts. You will ensure data reliability from SAP and related systems, lead interactions with external advisors, and monitor regulatory changes to manage tax risks across subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare, review and/or coordinate tax returns (VAT, DAS2, CET, tax credits, Pillar 2, etc.)
•Ensure reliability of tax data extracted from information systems (notably SAP) and contribute to process improvement
•Conduct research and analysis on French and international tax matters (permanent establishment, withholding taxes, VAT, etc.)
•Support monitoring and updating transfer pricing documentation and related compliance obligations
•Contribute to definition and implementation of the Group’s tax policy and secure tax aspects of contracts

Key Requirements

•Degree with a major in tax law and/or accounting qualification focusing on operational tax
•3 to 5 years of tax experience (firm, corporate, or mixed)
•Good knowledge of French tax rules and international taxation; understanding of main tax compliance obligations (VAT)
•Strong understanding of financial/operational flows; interest in IT tools and data management (SAP or equivalent)
•Fluent in English and French (Italian a plus); proficient in MS Office and SAP
