Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop avionics mounting architectures, including isolation, structural load paths, serviceability, and connector access.
  • •Own avionics enclosure and electronics packaging design, applying practical EMI/EMC mitigation (grounding/bonding, shielding, cable entry management, and enclosure seam design).
  • •Design and release wire harnesses, including routing, connector selection, strain relief, bend-radius compliance, abrasion protection, shielding termination, and grounding schemes.
  • •Support avionics thermal integration by developing heat rejection paths, defining thermal budgets, and validating performance through testing.
  • •Execute environmental qualification testing for integrated assemblies (vibration, shock, thermal cycling, and ingress protection) and support EMI/EMC testing while coordinating with electrical/firmware/systems/manufacturing/test teams.
