Job Summary

Lead strategy and client relationships for Global Risk Consulting’s NA Large Market segment, partnering with Enterprise Client Group stakeholders to drive retention and revenue growth. Support delivery on select ECG clients as an AGRC Project manager, contribute to regional industry practice strategy, and help drive AI-driven innovation and operational efficiencies. Build strong relationships across the Aon network, collaborate with North American leadership and growth teams, and ensure best-in-class client service using data and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive strategy across the Global Risk Consulting NA Large Market segment and manage relationships with the Enterprise Client Group.
•Assess current services and identify opportunities to drive client retention and revenue growth.
•Serve as AGRC Project manager for select ECG clients, driving performance, client relationships, and growth.
•Support organizing AGRC NA Regional Industry Practice strategy in collaboration with global leadership.
•Participate in AI Working Team efforts to execute AI-driven solutions and improve operational efficiencies while ensuring best-in-class client service.

Salary: USD 250,000 - 275,000 annually
