Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting for deployment of the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and associated applications.
  • •Assist customers in operationalizing Falcon platform modules.
  • •Plan, deploy, and configure Falcon Identity Threat Protection (ITP) and Next-Gen Identity modules within customer environments.
  • •Guide customers through Active Directory and Azure AD integration, including domain controller sensor deployment and configuration.
  • •Educate and enable customer security teams on identity threat detection use cases, dashboards, and response workflows within the Falcon console.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline, and 5 years of experience performing IT deployments or in an end-user/customer environment.
  • •General understanding of software deployment technologies.
  • •Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
  • •Understanding of identity security concepts, including authentication protocols (Kerberos, NTLM, SAML, OAuth), privilege access, and identity-based attack techniques (Pass-the-Hash, Pass-the-Ticket, Kerberoasting, DCSync).
  • •Strong communication and ability to build collaborative relationships and present technical content to various audiences.
