Key Responsibilities

•Develop manufacturing plans including work breakdown structures, bills of materials, and routings with operation details and hours.
•Collaborate with plant functions to ensure safe, efficient production.
•Coordinate with off-site engineering to manage variation notices and engineering changes; resolve complex issues.
•Perform cost analysis for open and completed production orders.
•Create and update Standard Method documents and work instructions for shop floor technicians.

Key Requirements

•Familiar with technical drawings and ERP systems
•Proficient in Excel; experience developing databases (Access or SQL) is a plus

•Strong communication skills and ability to take on increasing responsibilities
•ERP skills and Excel skills; knowledge of database development (Access or SQL) is a plus
