Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience while meeting personal and store sales goals. Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice, and drive revenue with cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations, inventory cycles, visual merchandising, and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, following Coach Guide to Style and Service standards.
•Build client relationships through personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
•Drive sales with cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting individual and team KPIs.
•Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
•Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, transactions, and shipment/stockroom tasks.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred) with knowledge of fashion trends and competitors.
•Experience operating POS and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), including ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical tasks including lifting 25 lb regularly (up to 50 lb occasionally) and maneuvering the sales floor/stockroom.
•Strong English proficiency.
•Luxury retail background with social media savvy; experience with live-stream shopping or video demos and clienteling/data acquisition skills is preferred.
