Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, qualify, and prioritize generative AI use cases by running business workshops/discovery sessions and assessing expected business value, ROI, feasibility, regulatory risks, and data readiness.
  • •Conduct functional analysis and framing by gathering needs, writing discovery/requirements deliverables (expressions of needs, user stories, epics, features, acceptance criteria), and mapping current/future processes.
  • •Contribute to the functional design of GenAI solutions including business copilots, conversational assistants, RAG solutions, AI agents, intelligent document search tools, and automated content generation.
  • •Support agile product delivery by structuring and prioritizing the backlog, participating in agile ceremonies, tracking developments/dependencies, and collaborating with the Product Owner on functional prioritization.
  • •Prepare and pilot functional validations and value measurement (adoption, user satisfaction, reduced processing time, productivity gains, answer quality, operational cost reductions) while contributing to responsible AI governance.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, or Product Discovery, ideally in digital, data, or AI environments.
  • •Ability to translate complex business problems into concrete solution requirements and functional specifications while collaborating with business, product, and technical teams.
  • •Experience collecting and formalizing business needs, mapping processes, and creating user story artifacts (user stories, epics, features, acceptance criteria).
  • •Strong Agile/Scrum practices, including backlog management, refinement, sprint planning/review, and recipe/functional validation support.
  • •Good understanding of GenAI concepts (LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, vector search, fine-tuning) and Microsoft Copilot/Azure OpenAI.
