Own EMEA employment tax and payroll compliance by building and implementing regional frameworks with country-level depth and consistency. Lead audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory enquiries, while advising internal stakeholders on employment tax matters.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement EMEA-wide payroll compliance frameworks with country-specific depth and regional consistency.
•Monitor regional payroll compliance and regulatory updates, communicate impacts, and update policies.
•Ensure payroll operations comply with relevant labor, tax, and other laws, reflecting operational reality across countries and payroll models.
•Develop and maintain country-level compliance white papers and translate regulatory changes into operational guidance and process/system improvements.
•Partner with HR Technology, Product, and Legal on payroll system and control improvements, and manage audits and regulatory enquiries.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
•5+ years of hands-on experience in EMEA payroll and tax compliance.
•Experience undertaking internal risk reviews covering payroll compliance.
•Proven payroll compliance expertise with a strong background in tax consulting, including leading payroll tax audits.
•Strong ability to build compliance frameworks and documentation from scratch in ambiguous, evolving environments.
