Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Run live installation support shifts, guiding technicians through steps and escalating blockers
•Troubleshoot networking and hardware issues in real time, log root causes, and ensure fixes stick
•Document progress across active installs and push updates to project managers and internal stakeholders
•Spot recurring issues and collaborate with Operations Engineering to design new playbooks, tools, or product changes
•Translate technician feedback into product improvements to make hardware and software field-ready

Key Requirements

•Experience in troubleshooting networking and hardware issues in real time and logging root causes
•Ability to guide field technicians, answer questions, and escalate blockers
•Proven ability to document progress across active installs and communicate updates to stakeholders
•Experience designing or contributing to playbooks, tools, or processes to improve field operations
•Strong communication skills and a builder’s mindset for translating frontline insights into scalable tools and product improvements
