Key Responsibilities

  • •Run live installation support shifts, guiding technicians through steps and escalating blockers
  • •Troubleshoot networking and hardware issues in real time, log root causes, and ensure fixes stick
  • •Document progress across active installs and push updates to project managers and internal stakeholders
  • •Spot recurring issues and collaborate with Operations Engineering to design new playbooks, tools, or product changes
  • •Translate technician feedback into product improvements to make hardware and software field-ready

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in troubleshooting networking and hardware issues in real time and logging root causes
  • •Ability to guide field technicians, answer questions, and escalate blockers
  • •Proven ability to document progress across active installs and communicate updates to stakeholders
  • •Experience designing or contributing to playbooks, tools, or processes to improve field operations
  • •Strong communication skills and a builder’s mindset for translating frontline insights into scalable tools and product improvements
