Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-quality sales support for Wealth Relationship Managers and teams.
  • •Reduce WRM process and administrative workload to increase time for client meetings and higher-value activity.
  • •Manage day-to-day client contact and servicing, including answering calls in WRM absence and resolving transactional inquiries.
  • •Prepare and complete sales documents, manage data input, and generate reports to support licensed sales activity.
  • •Enter client trade orders and open new client accounts with direction from a registered securities representative, and facilitate hand-offs to the right channels.

Key Requirements

  • •FINRA Series 7 and 63 licensing required.
  • •SIE plus Life and Health insurance licenses, or willingness to sponsor.
  • •Experience with financial services or banking.
  • •Knowledge of brokerage products and the operations/regulations that support delivery.
  • •Fluency in Spanish is required; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
