Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform assigned labor tasks as directed by the Crew Leader/Foreman.
  • •Assist with truck pre-trip inspection, safe loading/unloading, backing, parking, and ensure proper loading/positioning.
  • •Secure tools, materials, and heavy equipment on trucks/trailers; use chocks and cones as required.
  • •Use hand signals/traffic flags and help visually spot the driver when backing up.
  • •Inspect, clean, and secure assigned vehicles/equipment/tools at end of each workday; report maintenance/repair needs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Be ready and available to work in uniform as required by the job site or office.
  • •Follow tasks assigned by the foreman/crew leader and complete daily work orders.
  • •Operate equipment and tools safely in accordance with manufacturer instructions and JSLI & OSHA standards.
  • •Speak English or be willing to learn English.
  • •Preference for stable work history, with 6-month industry experience.
