Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the development and enhancement of circuit simulation technologies (SpectreFX) as part of the R&D software engineering team
  • •Collaborate with global engineering teams to innovate and create state-of-the-art solutions for FastSPICE and mixed-signal simulation
  • •Analyze and evaluate product issues, providing productive recommendations within broad parameters
  • •Analyze customers’ applications and propose implementation plans based on general objectives and knowledge of Cadence product architecture
  • •Provide on-site customer support, working alongside multiple teams to resolve issues efficiently

Key Requirements

  • •Strong software engineering background with excellent skills in C/C++ development in a Unix/Linux environment
  • •Quickly self-learn, adapt, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative technologies in a production environment
  • •Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and performance optimization
  • •Familiarity with circuit simulation concepts (SPICE, FastSPICE, RF, mixed-signal) or EDA tools is highly desirable
  • •BS in CS/EE/Math/Physics plus 4 years of experience in C/C++ and EDA development, OR MS in CS/EE/Math/Physics plus 2 years of experience in C/C++ and EDA development; Fresh graduates welcome
