Job Summary

Support global transport and infrastructure projects by managing schedule, budget, resources, and project controls activities. Work with multi-discipline teams and clients to monitor costs, develop and maintain project schedules (including Primavera P6, MS Project, and ASTA), and provide regular status and performance reporting. Help implement project controls processes and tools, apply earned value management methodologies, and support risk management and project improvement recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

•Support planning and execution of major projects by helping manage schedule, budget, and resources.
•Monitor project costs and budgets and produce regular reports and analysis for project managers.
•Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, and ASTA.
•Prepare and present project status reports and contribute to performance reporting and reviews.
•Assist in implementing project controls processes and tools, including risk management support and performance recommendations.
