Key Responsibilities

  • •Own sourcing and category strategies for Diffusion, Implant, RTP, Pumps, Chillers & Abatement and MFG Tech equipment suppliers, including long-term supplier roadmaps aligned to technology and manufacturing objectives.
  • •Lead complex commercial negotiations for capital equipment purchases, service agreements, capacity commitments, and strategic partnerships, including cost and capital efficiency improvements.
  • •Partner with Technology Development, HVM Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, Planning, and Legal to translate business requirements into supplier strategies and commercial solutions.
  • •Ensure equipment availability supports technology development and HVM ramp schedules by identifying and mitigating capacity, supply continuity, and geopolitical risks and building contingency plans.
  • •Lead and develop procurement professionals supporting the categories, driving succession capability and high-performance culture across multiple sites.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Microelectronics, Business Administration, Engineering Management, or related field.
  • •More than 10 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the offered role or a Process Engineering or Supply Chain-related occupation.
  • •Strong supplier management and commercial negotiation experience, including contract execution, price benchmarking, and TCO analysis in a semiconductor or capital equipment environment.
  • •Proven capability in supplier qualification, performance management, and RFQ execution with a track record improving cost, quality, and delivery across supplier portfolios.
  • •People leadership experience managing teams (including >5 sourcing or supplier managers) in a global or multi-site environment, with stakeholder management across engineering and operations.
