Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and surface opportunities for client projects and incorporate them into planning.
  • •Design performance solutions and lead client engagements including project road mapping, interviewing, analytical review, and report writing.
  • •Apply subject matter expertise for portfolio strategy, portfolio diagnostics, and acquisition and loyalty program health checks.
  • •Create and maintain models, contribute to IP creation and standardized VCA offerings, and brief analytics projects (segmentation, propensity models, intelligent targeting).
  • •Facilitate meetings/workshops, partner with internal functions to align recommendations with product availability, and provide guidance or onsite support for implementations.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in retail banking, card issuing, or consulting to retail banks.
  • •Experience in payment card portfolio management and cardholder marketing.
  • •Ability to use statistical analysis, modeling, and scoring schemes to support recommendations.
  • •Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with high rigor in reports and data analysis.
  • •Strong academic credentials (undergraduate degree required; MBA or graduate degree preferred) and excellent project management and workshop facilitation skills.
