Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform regulatory analysis for implementing hard/light cashless schemes.
  • •Review and negotiate PSP contracts for hard/light cashless launches and audit existing PSP agreements.
  • •Partner with tax and LBP teams to ensure tax efficiency and mitigate labor law risks for cashless launches.
  • •Provide legal support for wallet launches, including regulatory analysis.
  • •Develop best practices for contracts with PSPs and manage outside counsel across jurisdictions.

Key Requirements

  • •4–7 years PQE, with at least 3 years focused on payments/fintech/financial services regulation in a law firm and/or in-house role.
  • •Working knowledge of payments and e-money regulation across multiple regions.
  • •Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating core payments contracts, including with PSPs, acquirers, and payout/disbursement partners.
  • •Experience with marketplace payment flows.
  • •Full professional fluency in Russian and English, with a law degree and admission to practice in at least one jurisdiction.
