Job Summary

Global Retirement Consultant advising multinational clients on the design, implementation, and governance of retirement plans and benefits across regions. You’ll support colleagues, lead parts of projects, and help deliver innovative solutions for defined benefit, defined contribution, and related HR issues within a global wealth/retirement practice.

Key Responsibilities

•Advise multinational clients on the design, implementation, and management of retirement plans and benefits (DB and DC) and related plans globally.
•Collaborate with colleagues across client groups and regions; support senior consultants and coach junior staff.
•Lead and deliver smaller projects, preparing meeting materials and participating in client meetings.
•Ensure quality and deadlines are met by reviewing work and applying technical expertise; work independently where appropriate.
•Support business development efforts and contribute to developing new client solutions and processes.

Key Requirements

•Educated to degree level; maths/finance/economics/business degree preferred.
•Experience in international retirement/benefits consulting for a global consulting firm or similar transferrable experience.
•General knowledge of employer-sponsored retirement and benefit plans worldwide (accounting, design, operation, financing).
•Experience with international mobility, M&A or cross-border retirement issues is a plus.
•Strong client-facing and project-management capabilities; ability to deliver smaller projects with limited supervision.
