Manufacturing Supervisor

Lead a 300mm wafer fab manufacturing shift in a cleanroom environment, managing direct labor and supporting efficient production. Plan and administer policies and staffing, drive 5S and continuous improvement, and ensure rapid movement of critical lots. Coordinate with engineering support groups, escalate and resolve production issues, and help prevent scrap, poor quality, and lost cycle time. The role requires working at night on a compressed shift schedule.
